Since the beginning of its conducting business, the hotel provides the wide range of content programs as for student’s excursions so for business tourism. After 2010, the luxurious hotel, in a combat with harsh conditions in business, lost a part of its quality and position in the market. With a process of ownership transformation in 2017, the hotel got its new owner. With spotted new chances and strengths but also desires to tackle the existing and new threats and weaknesses too, they are transmitted into this plan.
